All boat dock spaces at the marina are for owners only and must be registered with security. You must be a member of the Dock Association which is $260.00 per year. To use the boat launch, you need to purchase a launch ticket at security for $10. To reserve a slip call 561-5311. Sorry, renters, but the Corp of Engineers will not allow nonowners to use Woodson Bend slips but, you can call 606-561-4223 to inquire about boat slips at Burnside Marina. Slips are available on a first come first served basis. They have enough slips to cover holiday volume: They do not take advance reservations. To rent a boat call 800-844-8862.

* Monthly maintenance fee covers garbage pick-ups, water, sewer, 24 hour security, all maintenance to the grounds except personal flower beds and shrubbery, all the maintenance to the the outside structure including the storm doors and orginal Woodson Bend windows are the owners responsibility.)
