All boat dock spaces at the marina are for owners only and
must be registered with security. You must be a member of the Dock
Association which is $260.00 per year. To use the boat launch, you need to purchase a launch ticket at security for $10. To reserve a slip call 561-5311.
Sorry, renters, but the Corp of Engineers will not allow nonowners
to use Woodson Bend slips but, you can call 606-561-4223 to inquire
about boat slips at Burnside Marina. Slips are available on a first
come first served basis. They have enough slips to cover holiday
volume: They do not take advance reservations. To rent a boat call
800-844-8862.
Tennis: Lighted by Club House $8.00 per hour Daytime by Clubhouse $6.00 per hour Lower courts (by Powell Place) no charge. Reserve courts, pay and obtain tokens for lights at Security office.

covers garbage pick-ups, water, sewer, 24 hour security, all maintenance
to the grounds except personal flower beds and shrubbery, all the
maintenance to the the outside
